AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH PIT~ETER ASSOCIATES
FOR A WATER LEAKAGE SURVEY AND MAKING AN APPROPRIA-
TION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with the Pitometer Associates, 100 Church St.,
New York, New York 10007, for water system leakage survey ser-
vices described in a September 4, 1979 proposal to the Director
of Public Works at a cost not to exceed $8,200.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the Utility Fund to
Account No. 20100.250, Utility Lines Operations, Expert Services,
in the amount of $8,200 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1980.
