A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
TRACT MAP NO. 61862, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the development at 11137 Wright Road requires the preparation and
recordation of Tract Map No. 61862, and authorize the Mayor to Execute the
Agreement; and
{ WHEREAS, the developer of said developmenf has submitted a monetary
~ deposit of $ 15,100. to guarantee the completion all off-site improvements required by
Tract Map No. 61862; and
WHEREAS, the final Tract Map No. 61862 was reviewed by the Los Angeles
County Engineer for accuracy and compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
the City's Subdivision Ordinance. It is now ready to be accepted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows: _ _
Section 1. That the City Council approves the final Tract Map No. 61862.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement for the
completion of off-site improvements between the City and Ortelio and Emma Mendez,
in a form to be approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. This resolution shall take affect immediately upon its adoption.
