AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT
CORPORATION OF AMERICA FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to enter int~ a contract
with Management Improvement Corporation of America, 617 Moorehead
Avenue, Durham, North Carolina 27707 for consultant services
described in a "MICA" service proposal for the Town of Leesburg,
under the terms and conditions as described in a contract attached
to a memorandum from the Manager dated September 28, 1979.
