A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE ATLANTIC AVENUE (MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BLVD. TO
ABBOTT ROAD) STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER 05-
5308 AND 05-5309, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on February 21, 2006, the City Council awarded a contract to
Bannaoun-Engineers Constructors. The project started April 3, 2006, and was
~, completed on May 5, 2006; and .
WHEREAS, the project is funded by the Proposition C Funds; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $363,359.14; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on May 16, 2006 and found that
all work is complete in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood City Council DOES HEREBY., FIND,
PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE as follows: .
Section 1. That the Lynwood City Council accepts the Atlantic Avenue
Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5308 and 05-5309, as complete in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19 TH day of September 2006.
