RESOLUTION NO. 79-160 ADOPTED October 24, 1979
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING YOUNT, HYDE & CO. TO CONDUCT HOUSING &
URBAN DEVELOPMENT GRANT AUDIT.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. Yount, Hyde and Company, certified public
accountants is hereby authorized to conduct an audit of Housing
and Urban Development Grant No. WS-VA-79 received by the Town
of Leesburg at a cost not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars (5,000)
unless the scope of the audit extends beyond normal circumstances.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the Utility Fund
to Account No. 20500.253, HUD Audit, in the amount of $5,000.00
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1980.
