A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE REAPPROPRIATION OF UNALLOCATED BOND PROCEEDS
FOR SPECIFIED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Public Financing Authority and the Lynwood Utility
Authority issues a number of revenue bonds in ~ 995, ~-999, and 2003; and
WHEREAS, certain funds from the previously issued bonds remain unallocated
and must be used; and
WHEREAS, previously approved capital improvement projects have been
identified as needing additional funding and eligible for the bond funds.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the unallocated bond proceeds be appropriated as specified in
Attachment "A".
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make any
budget transfers, or take the steps necessary to appropriate the above funds.
Section 3. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
