Request filed by The Christian Church Disciples of Christ of Mid- America Inc, property owner, to rezone 19.51 acres from RU Rural to C-2 General Commercial. The property is a portion of the Rickman Center property addressed as 3519 Bennet Lane, and consists of two tracts on opposite sides of Missouri Route B.
