A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING DEED OF GIFT FROM VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND
POWER COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Deed by and between Virginia Electric and Power Company,
a Virginia corporation, and the Town of Leesburg for Parcel "7A"
on Sheet 19 of the Washington and Old Dominion Railroad Right-of-
Way and Track Map (attached to said deed), being all of the land
of Virginia Electric and Power Company bounded by West South
Street, King Street and land owned by Northern Virginia Regional
Park Authority, subject to the restrictions and exceptions therein
set out, is hereby accepted and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the Town.
PASSED this 14th day of November , 1979.
