A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR REVISION OF CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS AND
RELATED DOCUMENTS.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Bengtson, DeBell, Elkin & Titus, Inc., P.O. BOX
429, Centerville, Virginia 22020, for engineering services for
revision of Town Construction Standards and related documents
as outlined in that firm's proposal #79-77, dated October 19, 1979
and as amended in that firm's letter of November 16, 1979 at
a cost not to exceed $9,500.
