AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LEESBURG ZONING ORDI-
NANCE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider proposed amendments
to the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance regarding Article 9 - Adminis-
tration and Enforcement and Article 9A - Landscaping and Screening
shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror on January 24 ,
19~ and January 31 , 1980 for a public hearing on
February 13 , 1980 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
