AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR MISDEMEANOR PROSECU-
TION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in
Virginia, as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to enter into
an agreement with the County of Loudoun for misdemeanor prosecu-
tion from January 1 through June 30, 1980 at a cost not to
exceed $120 per month.
