A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF $800,000
FROM THE CITY'S GENERAL FUND BALANCE TO THE CITY
HALL/SENIOR CENTER PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 05-5297 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR
DESIGNEE TO MAKE THE NECESSARY APPROPRIATION AND
TRANSFER
WHEREAS, the City Hall/Senior Center Parking Lot Improvement Project
needs to be completed to address some of the parking concerns at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, funding is needed for the construction phase of this project;
and
WHEREAS, funds have been identified that maybe appropriated and
transferred to the City Hall/Senior Center Parking Lot Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the .City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood City Council approves the appropriation and
transfer of the City General Fund as follows:.

Section 2. That the City Manager or designee is authorize to make the
necessary fund appropriation and transfer.
