ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR RETENTION OF COUNCIL MEET-
ING TAPE RECORDINGS.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as
follows:
The Clerk of Council shall retain magnetic recording tapes of Council
meetings for three years from each meeting and is authorized thereafter
to erase the recordings and destroy or reuse the tapes as the Clerk
determines is necessary.
