Moved by Arthur Theis to approvelj as read mnt including the resolution, as everyone had a copy. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. Minutes of the Planning Commission of April 19th read. Joe Armstrong appeared with regard to renting the small cabin on the Village prbpiltt'y. Village cannot rent it as it is tax ememtt and we would have to have liability insurance. Moved by Arthur Theis to grant an off -sale intoxicating liquor license to Beverly Pettit. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. Moved by Robert Franklin to grant an intoxicating off -sale liquor license to Dwaine J. Osier; doing business as Harold and Dwpine's, Inc. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. Don Hedtke and others from Medina-Morningside with regard to sub -standard houses. Moved by Robert Franklin to ask the Village Attorney to give an advisory opinion on the split entry house and ask the Planning Commission to take a look in to and go over the building code. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. Moved by Thomas Stevens that we pay the bill of the Motor Fuller Company in the amount of $3044,0, covering the lost motor. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. Ronald Fortin presented a petition with over 100 signatures protesting the erecting a Mobile Home Park CompleM. Moved by Robert Franklin that we accept the petitions and file them with the Clerk. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. Seconded by Thomas Stevens Motion carried. Harvey Dahl appeared to report a neighbor is dumping and burning on neighbor's property. The Police will take care of this matter. A group from Independence Beach appeared complaining about dogs in the area. The matter of dog catcher is being looked into. Moved by Thomas Stevens that the meeting adjourn. Watschke and Ruth M Watschke addressed to the Mayor and Councilmen protesting the establishing of a Mobile Home Park was read.
