To Roland W. Bassett, Constable of the Town of Brewster
Greetings:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby directed
to notify and warn the inhabitants of Brewster qualified to vote in Town affairs
to meet at the Town Hall in said Brewster on Monday evening, November 18, 1968
at 7:30 P. M., then and there to act upon the following articles:
Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from unappropriated avail-
able funds in the treasury the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) to purchase an
area of land adjacent to the town landing at halkerls Pond shown in the assessors
maps of the Town of Brewster as Lot 66- Map 38.
Article 2. To see if the Town of Brewster will appropriate from unappropriated
available funds in the Treasury the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) for
appraisal fees involving the location of Old North Road.
Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from unappropriated
available funds in the treasury the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00)
for the purpose of making two independent appraisal: of salt marshes bordering
Cape Cod Bay, now held in private ownership.
Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to approprh.te from unappropriated available
funds in the treasury the sum of$4500.06 Forty Five Hubdred Dollars for the pdrpose of
making a engineering survey of the salt marshes bordering and near Cape Cosi day, now
held in private ownership.
Article 5. To act on any other business that may legally come before said meeting.
And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting attested copies
thereof in at, least five public places in different parts of the Town seven days at
least before the time of holding said meeting.

thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of meeting as aforesaid.

this eighth day of November, 1968.
