A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
OFFICE TRAILER
WHEREAS, the office trailer for the Code Enforcement Division has been in
service for more than 20 years; and
WHEREAS, its condition has deteriorated badly and is now unsuitable for
occupancy; and
WHEREAS, its replacement needs to take place immediately and cannot be
done through a regular bidding process; and
WHEREAS, Section 6-3.13 of the Lynwood Municipal Code allows for an
emergency purchase process with a 4/5 vote by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the emergency purchase of a new
office trailer for the Code Enforcement Division.
Section 2. This resolution shall take -effect immediately upon its adoption.
