AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
BOND TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AND APPROVING WATER AND SEWER EXTENSIONS FOR HERITAGE
SQUARE SECTION 3.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to
execute the contract for public improvements for Section 3 of
Heritage Square Subdivision.
SECTION II. The Performance Bond of Hartford Accident and
Indemnity Company of Hartford, Connecticut in the amount of
$120,157.00 to guarantee installation of public improvements for
Section 3 of Heritage Square Subdivision in accordance with plans
approved by the Director of Engineering, is approved.
SECTION III. An extension of municipal water and sewer works
for Section 3 of Heritage Square Subdivision is approved.
