TOWN OF LEESBURG

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

ACCEPTING DEED OF DEDICATION BY JOSEPH D. LEE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Deed of Dedication made the day of
1980, by and between Joseph D. Lee and the Town of Leesburg in
Virginia, for street and sidewalk purposes on the west side of
Sycolin Road for a parcel of land 10 feet wide by approximately
200 feet long, as shown on a plat dated May 1978, prepared by
DeLashmutt Associates, Certified Engineers and Land Surveyors,
is accepted, and the Mayor is authorized to acknowledge the
same on behalf of the Town.
