RESOLUTION NO. 80-31 PRESENTED February 27, 1980
ADOPTED
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDERS #2 and #3 IN THE CONTRACT
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE POTOMAC RIVER WATER FILTRA-
TION PLANT.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute Change Orders #2 and
#3 on behalf of the town revising a contract with Mechanical Con-
structors Incorporated, 205 South Whiting Street, Suite 606,
Alexandria, Virginia 22034, for construction of the Potomac River
water filtration plant at a net addition to the contract sum of
$22,500.00.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made to the Potomac River
Water Supply Capital Project Fund, Account 70000.805, Water Treat-
ment Plant, in the amount of $22,500.00.
