Mr. Ferrari opened meeting at 7:35 p.m.
Minutes Dec. 3, 2015:
Ms. Peters made motion to approve, seconded by Mr. Tedstone Unanimous yes.
Minutes May 5, 2016: Mr. Doherty made motion to approve, seconded by Ms. Peters Unanimous yes
CPC appointment: Jeff Doherty offered to continue on CPC. Ms. Peters made motion, seconded by Mr.
Tedstone Unanimous yes
Review of OS properties:
Mr. Harrow had requested a list of properties obtained through the Open Space Commission. The list was reviewed and
additional information was requested:
listing of parcels of land protected as Open Space by Conservation, BOS and Halt
reason for acquisition i, e, protection of water resources
“condition” define how determined
properties turned down for funding by either CPC or Town Meeting vote
further discussion for criteria used for land purchase and properties we may wish to pursue
Motion made by Mr. Doherty to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Tedstone Meeting ended at 8: 10 p.m.
