INCREASING THE RENTAL PAYMENTS FOR APARTMENTS #10-1
AND #10-2 LOCATED AT 10 WEST LOUDOUN STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
Effective July 1, 1980 lease terms for Apartments #10-1
and #10-2 will be changed by increasing the rent for each apart-
ment to $150.00 per month and requiring the tenants to pay
quarterly charges for sewer and water consumption at the time
individual water meters are in place.
