AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER FOR FAIRVIEW SUBDIVISION
STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AND MAKING AN APPROPRIA-
TION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. Change Order No. i for the Fairview Subdivision
Storm Drainage Improvements in the amount of $4,497.36 is approved.
SECTION II. An additional appropriation in the amount of
$4,497.36 is made from the General Fund to Account #10110.853,
Fairview Subdivision Storm Drainag~ for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1980.
