A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING LOANS FROM THE UTILITY FUND TO THE AIRPORT
FUND FOR THE LEESBURG AIRPORT ADAP PROJECT.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
If required to make timely payments to the contractor for
Leesburg Airport ADAP Project #5-51-0027-02, loans of unencumbered
utility fund balances are authorized to the airport fund to be paid
back from future ADAP project grant revenues of the airport fund with
interest of 13% per annum compounded annually.
