•Proposal by Fabick/CAT to purchase and
develop 13.4 Acre Tract in the Algoa East
Industrial Park (Vanderfeltz) to relocate their
facility from Missouri Blvd.
•Negotiations ongoing for several Months with
Fabick and City/County Partners.
•City and County have tentatively agreed to
provide some of the needed infrastructure
improvements.
•Must be complete with improvements within
12 months.
