AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AMENDING SECTION 3.5
OF THE FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3.5 of the City's Flexible Benefit Plan, as originally adopted
by ordinance 12181, as most recently amended by ordinance 15325, is hereby amended
as follows:
3.5 Employer Contributions. The Employer shall make available to each Participant
an Employer Contribution, to purchase benefits available pursuant to Section 4.1
and a contribution for dependent health insurance, as established by the City
Administrator, and consistent with, the Council budget approved for that

The Employer contribution is not considered as part of the employee's full
compensation and is not available to the employee as cash.
Section ,2}. ,^T/his- -Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 1, 2016.
