ORDINANCE NO. I 4"42--
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING
PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF WEST ATCHISON.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of a portion of West Atchison Street, as follows:
Atchison Street, West: on the south side thereof, being the area between the westerly line of
Guhleman Way right-of-way and the easterly line of Delong's Way right-of-way
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and// approval.
