AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR MISDEMEANOR PROSE-
CUT I ON
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, in
Virginia, as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to enter into an
agreement with the County of Loudoun for misdemeanor prosecution
from July 1, 1980 to June 30, 1981 at a cost not to exceed $120
per month.
