A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROM LOUDOUN COUNTY SCHOOL
BOARD FOR SANITARY SEWER AT J. LUPTON SIMPSON
MIDDLE SCHOOL
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Deed dated the 13th day of ~y, 1980 by and between
the Loudoun County School Board and the Town of Leesburg
in Virginia, conveying to the Town all of the physical im-
provements installed by the Board in the streets, rights-of-
way and easements in the Board's lands to which title has
been conveyed to the Town is accepted, with the Town agree-
ing to be responsible for the maintenance and replacement
of the sanitary sewer at the J. Lupton Simpson Middle School,
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to acknowledge the same
on behalf of the Town.
