A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY GRANTING A VARIANCE
IN RE APPLICATION NO. 65 -150.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that
variance No. 65 -150 was heretofore issued by the Planning Com-
mission granting certain variances in connection with a lot
split; that said decision was appealed by the applicant to the
City Council; and the City Council has duly held an appropriate
public hearing in connection therewith.
SECTION 2. For the reasons and based upon the findings of
the Planning Commission, said variance is granted, and the
Planning Commission is confirmed, subject, however, to each,
every and all of the following conditions:
(a) Development of the subject property shall be in
accordance with the plot plan,Exhibit 11A ", subject
to the following amendments:
1. Access drive to interior parcels shall have a
minimum width of 16 feet;
2. A paved turnaround shall be provided on Parcel
1°C"; no circular drive shall be permitted on
Parcel "A1°;
3. The parcel line at the rear of Parcel "A" shall
be moved one (1) foot northerly;
4. The driveway on Parcel "A" leading to "front
and garage" shall be removed (except in the
front yard area) and said garage shall be
moved to another location or said garage may
be entirely removed from the parcel.
5. The existing driveway on the west side shall
be removed and the curb reinstalled;
6. Parcel "B19 shall have its frontage on the
east; and
7. A revised Exhibit "A" shall be filed with and
approved by the Planning Director, showing
amendments (1)through (6), noted above.
All variances as shown on the plot plan, Exhibit "A",
or as required by the development thereon, excepting
items 1 through 6 noted above, are expressly approved.
If this variance is not acted upon within one year
from the adoption of this Resolution, by the issuance
of the building permit and commencement of construction,
pursuant to the development shown on Exhibit "A ", shall
be void for all purposes.
(d) Applicant shall file or cause to be filed, with the
City Clerk a document which the CityClerk may record,
which shall acknowledge that the owner of the subject
property is aware of and accepts the conditions set
forth in paragraphs (a) through (c) above, and that
the subject property, regardless of any change in
ownership, is bound by and subject to the provisions
of this Resolution and the conditions contained herein.

SECTION 3. The property on which said variance is granted
is located at 10317 East Olive Street, Temple City, California,
and is further described in Resolution No. 65- 1SOPC.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
