AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE REMOVAL OF STREET SWEEPINGS
WHEREAS, there is a need for removal of street sweepings in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Cmteret to bid for removal of said
street sweepings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for
bids for removal of street sweepings.
Adopted this 21st day of August, 1997 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
August 22, 1997.
