A RESOLUTION: AMENDING AIRPORT LEASES AND AGREEMENTS TO INCORPORATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION CIVIL RIGHTS REQUIREMENTS.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the Town an amendment to the following instruments in force at
Leesburg Municipal Airport, incorporating recent civil rights re-
quirements promulgated by the Department of Transportation, Federal
Aviation Administration:
1. Blue Ridge Aircraft, Inc., - Lease dated June 22, 1966;
2. Century Aviation, Inc. - Management Agreement dated
March 8, 1978;
3. Century Aviation, Inc. - Lease and Operating Agreement
dated March 8, 1978; and
4. Professional Pilots Services - Operating Agreement
dated June 22, 1979.
