Executive Session
August 10, 1990
• The Greencastle Common Council met in executive session on
Friday, August 10, 1990 in City Hall. The meeting was called to
order at 4:17 p.m. On call of the roll the following members were
shown to be present: Councilor Tim Conway, Councilor Sue Murray,
Councilor Bob Sedlack, Councilor Mike Rokicki. Councilor Sheri
Roach was absent. Also present were Larry Wilson, Alan Stanley,
Dick Andis, John Zeiner.
Mayor Harmless noted that Elm is to appear at the Plan
Commission meeting on Monday, August 13, 1990. Councilor Sedlack
suggested having a statement prepared for Tuesday morning.
Mayor Harmless explained the city, state and Elm commitment to
the project. Elm site layout and traffic patterns were discussed.
The inducement agreement was reviewed, discussed and executed by
the Mayor.
Mayor Harmless gave an update of the Redbud Project, noting
that no decision has been made by Redbud as yet.
No business other than that published in the agenda was
discussed. Councilor Murray moved for adjournment. This motion
was seconded by Councilor Sedlack, was carried by an aye unanimous
vote, and the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
