RESOLUTION NO. 80-87 ADOPTED July 23, 1980
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR DESIGN OF WAVERLY HEIGHTS STORM DRAINAGE IM-
PROVEmeNTS AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter
into a contract on behalf of the town in a form approved by the
Town Attorney with Bengtson, DeBell, Elkin & Titus, Centreville,
Virginia, for design and construction services for the Waverly
Heights storm drainage project. The terms of the contract shall
be in accordance with the town's Request for Proposal issued
July 7, 1980 and Proposal #80-49 submitted by Bengtson, DeBell,
Elkin & Titus in correspondence dated July 18, 1980. Charges for
services will be on an hourly basis, not to exceed $9,850.00.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the General Fund
to Account No. 10110.855, Waverly Heights Storm Drainage, in the
amount of $10,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1981.
