A RESOLUTION: REFERRING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION
AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, draft amendments dated July 21, 1980 to the Sub-
division and Land Development Regulations have been prepared,
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The draft amendments to the Subdivision and Land Development
Regulations and any other changes that the Commission deems
necessary are referred to the Planning Commission for action
under Section 15.1-472 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as
amended.
PASSED this 13th day of August, 1980.
