SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
May 8, 1996 2:00 P.M.

MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER. Mayor McCormack called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL. Town Manager Wright called roll with Council Members Carpenter, Cross,
Eagan, and Mayor McCormack being present. Councilmember Drake was absent from the
meeting. Also present were Town Manager Stephen L. Wright, Town Attorney Dennis
Crabb, Special Legal Counsel Peg Battersby, Finance Director Jill Fox and Owen Olsen of
MSI, Inc.
CLOSED SESSION to discuss possible initiation of legal action against the County of
Nevada pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9.
Mayor McCormack announced that no reportable action had been taken.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor McCormack adjourned the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
