The COuncil of Hal Harbour Village met at the Administration
Building, Monday, March 51, 1952 at 8:00 Olclock P. M.
There were present: Messrs. Beatty, Simons, and
Dr. laonard.
Absent: Messrs. Brown and Stokely .

Also present mete W."H. Webb, Village Manager; Mary Wetterem,
Village Clerk; and Fred Baisden, Village Attorney.
;In the absence of Mayor Stokely, the Assistant Mayor"Dr: Leonard
presided at the meeting. [
The minutes of the previous meeting of February 18, 1952 mere
read"and On motion of Mr. Simons, seconded by Mr. Beatty, the minutes
were approved. -

Mr. Webb explained to the council that a representative of the
PaUl Revere Insurance,Compaer bad been in with a prospectus for grOup
health insure:lee. The counall'suggested that be try to. -get a couple
of more -for CoMparliafix'
Mr. Baisden said that Miami Beach Heights, Inc. were ready to
deed over the Sewer Station Site to the Village and also all Utilities.
He said that he had a Warranty Deed for the Sewer Station Site and
a Quit Claim Deed for all the Utilities. It was moved by Mi. BeattY:
seconded by Mr. Simons and unanimously voted that these deeds be '
accepted. '
Mr. Webb read to the council a letter from the Town of Golden
Beach asking that*wm send a repnlasentative to a meeting regarding the
oil condition on the beaches. Mr.'Webb said be had answered this
letter and said that we would be represented.
Upon motion of Mr. Beatty, seconded by Mr. Simons, the meet
was adjourned.
