AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARKER SUBDIVISION, LOT 4.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement, and a cash performance deposit in the amount
of $3,701.50 is approved, both of which are to guarantee instal-
lation of public improvements for Parker Subdivision, Lot 4,
all in accordance with plans approved by the Director of En-
gineering for the Dick's Muffler Shop development.
