A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF POLICE VEHICLES AND MAKING AN
APPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager shall enter into purchase agreements
with Leesburg Motors, Inc., P.O. Box 1202, Leesburg, and Holler
Motor Company, Inc., 37 West Market Street, Leesburg, for the pur-
chase of one police vehicle from each at a cost of $7,710.00 and
$7,750.00 respectively.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the General Fund to
Account No. 9010.801 in the amount of $15,760.00 for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 1981.
