DENYING COMMISSION PERMIT FOR LOUDOUN COUNTY
EMERGENCY YOUTH SHELTER AT 40 WEST LOUDOUN
STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Council denies the commission permit applied for by
the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors for an Emergency Youth
Shelter at 40 West Loudoun Street and supports the Planning Com-
mission,s decision because it does not conform to the Leesburg
Comprehensive Plan. It is not a single housekeeping unit and
single family residence as defined in Section 15-1-30 of the
Leesburg Zoning Ordinance.
