A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH EARTH DESIGN/ASSOCIATES
FOR DESIGN OF THE PLAZA STREET PARK
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager shall enter into a contract in a form
approved by the Town Attorney on behalf of the Town with Earth
Design/Associates, Casanova, Virginia 22017 for design development,
construction documents, bidding assistance and contract administra-
tion for the Plaza Street Park project at a cost of up to $23,300
plus an allowance for boundary and topographic surveys of up to
$1,500.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the General Fund
to Account No. 11020.801, Plaza Neighborhood Park, in the amount of
$24,800.00 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1981.
