AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARKER SUBDIVISION LOTS 8 AND 9
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia,
as follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement and a cash performance bond in the amount of
$5,723.00 is approved, both of which are to guarantee installation
of public improvements for Parker Subdivision Lots 8 and 9, all
in accordance with plans approved by the Director of Engineering.
