AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARKER SUBDIVISION, LOT 26.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement and a cash performance bond in the amount of
$5,608,00 is approved, both of which are to guarantee installa-
tion of public improvements for Parker Subdivision, Lot 26, all
in accordance with plans approved by the Director of Engineering.
