RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF 3OHN A. STOWERS
FOR REVISION OF ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF CODE OF
VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The application of John A. Stowers for revision of the Zoning
District Map, assigned No. ZM-31, is received and referred to the
Planning Commission for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter
11, Title 15.1 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
PASSED this 14th day of January , 1981.
