SPECIAL MEETING
April 5, 2005
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 7:05 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers
Gregg Stucki, Keith Brewer, Jeffrey Davis, Rob Sweeten, and Kyle
Bailey. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler and
Planning and Community Development Director David Olsen.
Councilmember Bailey moved to Award the Engineering Services
Proposal for the Mill Creek Flood Hazard Mapping Project to Bowen,
Collins and Associates in the amount of $35,500. Councilmember
Stucki seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the proposed
budget for fiscal year 2005/2006. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:30 PM.
