A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING SPECIAL COUNSEL
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The employment of the law firm of Boothe, Prichard and
Dudley as special counsel to represent the Town in a construc-
tion claims dispute on the Potomac River water filtration plant
project is authorized.
