A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING SPECIAL COUNSEL AND MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL
APPROPRIATION THEREFOR
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The employment of the law firm of Boothe, Prichard
and Dudley as special counsel to represent the town as unsecured
creditor in United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of
Virginia, Alexandria Division, Case No. 80-01392 is authorized.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the airport fund
to the Account Shown below for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1981:
