A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD PARK PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5310, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on October 18, 2005, the City Council awarded a contract to
Ortco, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the project started on December 1, 2005 and was completed
on January 11, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $106,276: and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on January 14, 2006 and
found that all work is domplete in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood City Council DOES HEREBY FIND,
PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood City Council accepts the Lynwood Park
Playground Construction Project, Project No. 05-5310, as being complete and in
accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of February 2006.
