AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE LOUDOUN SOIL AND WATER
CONSERVATION DISTRICT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Mayor is authorized and directed to enter into a Memorandum
of Agreement with the Loudoun Soil and Water Conservation Distri'ct for
cooperation and coordination between these two governmental bodies.
