SPECIAL MEETING
April 19, 2005
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Councilmember Keith Brewer called the Special
Meeting to order at 5:10 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle
Bailey and Jeffrey Davis. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna
Metzler, City Recorder Rachel Ellison, Public Works Director Brent
Williams, and Recreation Coordinator Melissa Byrd. Councilmember
Stucki arrived at 5:12 PM and Mayor Sakrison arrived at 5:24 PM.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the proposed
budget for fiscal year 2005/2006. Discussion followed.
Councilmember Davis left at 6:00 PM.
Councilmember Stucki moved to approve a Moved -on Structure Permit
for Walker True Value to Conduct a Garden Center Located at 260
South Main Street. Councilmember Bailey seconded the motion. The
motion carried 3-0 aye.
Councilmember Bailey moved to open an Executive Session for the
Purpose of a Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence or
Mental Health of an Individual. Councilmember Stucki seconded the
motion. The motion carried 3-0 aye.
An Executive Session was entered at 7:42 PM.
Councilmember Bailey moved to close the Executive Session.
Councilmember Stucki seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0
aye.
The Executive Session was closed at 7:46 PM.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:46 PM.
