AUTMORIZING pERSON-TO-PERSON TRANSFER OF:A, B.C. LIC~I~$E #1201-33-015-003

WHER_FAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Cooncil of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, by CAPg'~b~T DIiNER,
INC. for a Person-to-Person Transfer of A.B.C. LIC~IqSE #1201-33-015-003
from PLONSKI, Henry; PLONSKA, Mieczyslawa; PIELUSZYNSILI, Marianna, present
holders of same, premises located at 528 ROOSEVELT Av~quE, CARI'eI~'r, NJ 07008
and the said present holders have cca%sented to assign their rights to said
license to the aforesaid applicant, CARR'KuET DINER, INC.; and
WHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised
in The Home News & Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret
and no objections to said transfer, either vergally or in writing, were
filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Municipal Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the application fora is complete in all respects and the applicant
is qualified to be licensed according to all standards established by Title
33 of the New Jersey Statutes, promalgated thereunder, as well as pertinent
local ordinances and conditions consistent with Title 33; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has disclosed and the local authority has reviewed
the source of all funds' used in the purchase of said license and the
licensed business and all additional financing obtained in cormection with
the licensed business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, hy the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that
A.B.C. LICENSE ~)1201-33-015-003, heretofore granted to PLONSKI, Henry;
PLONSKA, Mieczyslawa; PIEI.USZYNSKI, Mari~aaaa to sell'alcoholic beverages in
conformity with the laws, statutes, rules and regulations of the State of
New Jersey and the resolutions, ordinances, rules and regulations of the
Borough of Carteret relating to and concerning said license and the sale of
alcoholic beverages at 528 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008 be and the
same is hereby transferred to the applicant, CAR£~T DINER, INC. and to
be held by them until such license expires, unless sooner revoked.
BE IT FO]RR~HER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to exmcute the endorsement of transfer On behalf of the Mayor and
Council of the Borough.of Carteret; and
BE IT FIIRIXqER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public
Safety, Division of Alcoholic .Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, Oq 087,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
